Myopia Management
If somebody is myopic, it means that they are short sighted and cannot see objects in the distance clearly.
We place great importance on myopia management, and with the latest technology in specialised lenses we can slow down the rate of change in vision.
This is fundamental as studies show that having myopia increases risk of developing sight threatening conditions later in life.
Treatment Options
Dual focus contact lenses, such as MiSight® 1 day are worn during the day to correct vision and slow down the progression of short-sightedness in children.
MiSight® 1 day is just like a soft daily disposable contact lens but with a special optical design, proven to slow down the speed at which short-sightedness progresses.
MiYOSMART spectacle lenses are based on revolutionary Defocus Incorporated Multiple Segments (D.I.M.S.) Technology.
This was developed in collaboration with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2014. MiYOSMART spectacle lenses are easy to fit and look just like a regular single vision lens.
